Terms & Conditions

'IBIZADREAM' means the IbizaDream Company to this contract, as well as its subcontractors and agents.
'CUSTOMER' means the other party to this contract and where "Customer" is more than one person, liability is joint and several. 
'PERIOD OF HIRE' means the period for which the accommodation is contracted to be available for use by the Customer. 
'CONTRACTS' are the binding agreements of hire between IbizaDream and the Customer. 
'PROPERTIES' are the villas, houses, apartments, accommodation or associated property of either the owner or IbizaDream. 

Reservations can be made by telephone or email. The reservation is binding after sending the confirmation with all the details.

Holiday prices quoted will be valid for one week from date of quotation. 
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, not with standing any other conditions or terms produced or submitted by the Customer, the terms and conditions printed herein shall apply to every contract made by the IbizaDream. The Customer, by making a deposit payment is deemed to have confirmed the contract and to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. 

Down payment is 50% of total cost which must be transferred within 3 working days after receipt of the confirmation. If the money is not on our account within 3 working days the reservation will be cancelled thereafter.
The remaining amount should be received by us not later than 6 weeks before arrival. If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Following departure of the Customer from the property, an IbizaDream representative will check the property itinerary for any damage or breakages and then notify the office in Spain . Security deposits will be returned - typically within 14 days of the Customer's return - subject to there being no problems or damage to the fixtures, fittings, possessions or property, or any other breach of these Terms and Conditions. The Customer is liable for all damages to the property by action or admission by themselves or their guests. All our villas are privately owned and we would therefore ask you to respect the property and its contents.

Hire charges do not include any repair of damage to property, this in the first instance will be taken from the security deposit and any additional repair will be invoiced additionally as appropriate. The Customer is responsible for the safe custody of the property hired to them for the rental period.

IbizaDream is not liable for disturbing the Customer’s holiday if such event can be attributed to force majeure. IbizaDream cannot be held liable for damage to personal property or in case of personal injury having taken place in or around the villa or apartment.

In the event that IbizaDream - due to unforeseen circumstances - is forced to cancel the booking, an equivalent house will be offered. In the interest of both the villa owner and the Customer, an adequate solution will be sought to which both parties can agree. If this proves impossible, IbizaDream will offer the Customer a voucher with which the Customer can rent a villa at a later time. The voucher, in the amount of the credit the Customer has paid, can be used to deduct from the rent the amount of the credit on the voucher. All accommodations offered can be used for holiday purposes only.
Professional photography, parties and weddings are allowed only with written permission from IbizaDream. The Customer will be required to pay a fine of 5000,- EUR (excluding possible damages) per day in case this written permission has not been received.

It is not allowed to stay in the property with more people than contractually agreed.
Under local law, noise/disturbing of the peace is prohibited between 23.00 and 8.00 hours.
For lost keys a fee of Eur 250,- euros will be charged to change the lock.

A Customer may cancel a property rental contract at any time providing the first named person on the booking notifies in writing. Any money or deposit paid will be returned in full to the Customer if IbizaDream is able to make the same booking with a different Customer as the one cancelled by the first person. 

All cancellations must be done in writing.
 Cancellation charges, after the receipt of your confirmation are: 
7-10 weeks before departure date -30% of the total cost
 4 to 6 weeks before departure - 50% of the total cost 
3-0 weeks before departure -100% of the total cost

Should the owners of the properties withdraw the accommodation once a booking has been reserved, IbizaDream will make every effort to re-locate the Customer to an equivalent property of the same standard. If relocation cannot be achieved via an equivalent rental then a refund will be issued to the Customer without further liability to IbizaDream. 

Checkout time for each property is always 10:00am unless otherwise specified in writing by IbizaDream. Failure to checkout at 10:00am will incur a further charge of one additional day's hire of that particular property and will be deducted from the security deposit.

IbizaDream will not be responsible for the Customer and the Customer will indemnify IbizaDream against all claims for injury to persons unless it is proved that such injury or damage be caused by faulty material or workmanship of properties, or negligence by IbizaDream. 

The Customer shall accept full responsibility for any accidents caused by or arising out of negligence, miss-use of property or failure to comply with the Health and Safety or other applicable statutes and regulations. 

The Customer will not hold IbizaDream responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. The Customer is always the only one who has the key from the property.

 The Customer warrants they shall provide their own insurance. IbizaDream accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies or misunderstandings arising through bookings, instructions or information given to them other than through IbizaDream office in writing. IbizaDream does not accept responsibility for inaccuracies or misunderstandings arising through bookings, instructions or information given to them either by telephone, or verbally to IbizaDream

All contracts entered into are contingent upon freedom from all liability for non-fulfilment or delay due to War, Strikes, Lock-out, Civil Commotion, Riots, Force Majeure, Fire, Breakages, Government control or priority Regulations, Labour difficulties, acts of terrorism and any other causes that IbizaDream deems to be out of their control.


The accommodation will be accessible on the day of arrival from 14.00.
The keys will be handed over on site.
At the date of departure the check-out is at 10.00 hours.
The Customer must leave the Villa or Apartment and its inventory in the state it was in at the beginning of the stay (No damage of whatever kind to the house and/or its inventory, no garbage, dirty dishes etc.).

If the Customer has any complaints, the Customer must contact us as soon as possible in order to enable us to try to find a solution for the problem. If there is a solid complain about the property, it has to be reported by the Customer to IbizaDream within 12 hours after the moment of arrival. If needed, an impartial third party will be consulted. After the 12-hour period has expired, IbizaDream deems the complaint out of its control and the Customer has to pay for the property for the period as agreed. IbizaDream to maintain accurate depictions of properties and descriptions are intended to guide, tenant or purchasers must satisfy by personal inspection.
